Event Ideas

I'm sure you've noticed the event board by now and have checked out the current event thread to find out that there is currently no current event, Well this is what this thread is for. For anyone who had ideas for events that could take place for The City That Never Sleeps role-play and would like to help in the progression of the role-play and overall group. Every idea will be viewed and discussed between the admins when and if the event is possible.
Please keep in mind these events effect the whole city which includes each and every resident within the city not only your character or a few characters. Examples of event ideas are; Natural Disasters, Rise in Crime, Drought, Heat Wave etc.
Please Post Below Any Ideas For Events That You May Have, Thank you.

It was said to be that New York's 'it' girl, Tiiffany Johnston was spotted walking with her sketchy looking cousin in the Midtown East earlier this week, and I've heard that Tristen Raine has been seen walking around with a mysterious lady...
